I personally prefer cobs as I tend to smoke fast, mostly because I like thick, white smoke. Cobs tend to stay cooler,
so it makes them a bit better for that kind of thing. I also like having a "nice" pipe; this made the Bing a perfect
choice, sitting at around $40, one of Missouri Meerschaum's more expensive offerings. It's well worth it in my opinion,
but their cheaper cobs smoke great too!
